Dearest beloved friends, all who’ve been on my Retreats or Meetings, or new friends!
I am going to be doing a full day workshop on Sunday March 1st – see all the details below.
If you have a friend who may be interested in coming along, this will be fine because it doesn’t matter if attendees have never been on my Retreats.
We will be focussing on what is really important: abiding as awareness; staying present (and how this is truly accomplished, so that you can honestly maintain an ‘empty head’ – and other things as well, as shown.
We will be covering the following points:
2.) Short moments of not thinking repeated VERY often throughout the day till emptiness dominates and also: breaking up thought-lines.
3.) Dissolving objects and all data back into Itself.
4.) Instant Self-Enquiry-on-the-go
There will be ample time for feedback and questions. The purpose is to get you back on track and also to see how this can be maintained.
